The Methodology

One constraint. All the evidence.

The Business Genome Model reads 36 signals across 6 DNA dimensions. It produces one primary constraint — not a list of improvements — and quantifies its annual economic cost.

Most business diagnostics produce lists. Lists feel thorough. They are actually a failure of analysis — when everything is important, nothing is. The Business Genome Model identifies the one constraint that, if resolved, unlocks more growth than addressing everything else combined.

Each of the 36 signals is scored against a verified rubric. A score of 70+ requires a named, verified data point — "seems good" defaults to 40. Estimates are marked (E). Verified data is presented as fact. The confidence level is declared explicitly in every report.

The Economic Translation Engine converts every gap into annual USD impact using formula-backed calculations with stated assumptions. The report tells you not just what is broken but what it costs per year to leave it broken.

🔴 Primary Constraint
Acquisition DNA at 22/100 is the structural bottleneck. Trust at 72 means the market believes you when it finds you. The problem is the market can't find you. Estimated annual opportunity cost: USD 1.2M–2.8M.

The Pattern Library

35 patterns. Every business fits one.

Pattern detection requires a minimum of 3 confirming signals. One pattern from 35. Never a list — one primary diagnosis that determines the strategic direction.

P-01

The Invisible Expert

Strong expertise, weak digital presence. Competitors with inferior services win because they're findable. Distribution before improvement.

P-11

Distribution Bottleneck

Great product, low traffic, weak acquisition channels. 90% of small businesses hit this ceiling. One channel, 90 days, measure before expanding.

P-17

Founder Bottleneck

Everything depends on the founder. Business stops when the founder stops. Delegate one core function per month.

P-04

The Authority Void

Under 20 reviews, no case studies, stock photos. Price resistance high because proof is missing. Reviews → testimonials → credentials. In that order.

P-14

The Leaky Bucket

Traffic present, conversion under 0.5%, no recovery sequence. Every unrecovered lead is permanently lost. Fix CTA before more traffic.

P-19

Platform Dependency

70%+ pipeline from one channel. Algorithm changes rules — revenue collapses. Build one owned channel before the dependency becomes a crisis.

FAQ

Common questions. Direct answers.

Where do I start if I've never used Agentica before?+
Any product is a valid starting point — there's no required sequence. The free AI Readiness Check (9 minutes, instant) is a good orientation tool if you're unsure. The Marketing Audit ($150) is the right move if you know your digital channels are underperforming. The Business Genome ($299) is the right move if you want the full strategic picture. Start wherever the problem is most urgent.
Is this the same as hiring a business consultant?+
The methodology is the same. The delivery format is different. A consultant takes 8–12 weeks and $10,000–$50,000 to produce findings that a Business Genome Diagnostic produces in 48 hours for $299. The key difference: every action in the report has a specific owner, a specific deadline, and a specific dollar impact. It's not a strategic brief to be interpreted — it's an execution document.
Do I need all four products?+
No. The four products address different buyers and different needs. The AI Readiness Check and Business Genome Diagnostic are for anyone who wants to understand their overall position. The Marketing Audit is for CMOs and marketing teams who need channel-level execution intelligence. The CI Agent is for teams with an ongoing need for competitive intelligence and prospect pipeline. Start with the one that matches your most urgent question.
What's the relationship between the diagnostic and the CI Agent?+
The diagnostic identifies your constraint and baseline scores. The CI Agent monitors the market weekly, processes new signals, and produces ranked actions — calibrated against that constraint. The diagnostic is the intelligence that makes the CI Agent specific. Without the baseline, the CI Agent produces generic alerts. With it, every alert is filtered through your specific strategic situation.

The constraint costs more
than the diagnostic.

Every month the primary constraint goes unidentified produces measurable, calculable revenue loss. The AI Readiness Check is free. The full diagnostic is $299. The constraint is costing more than both.
